How long is the performance?
The immersive theatrical performance lasts approximately 1.5 hours. The pre-show festival begins 1 hour before curtain time.
What is the best time to arrive?
We recommend arriving 1 hour before your ticketed showtime to enjoy the festive pre-show activities in the lobby.
Can I arrive late?
Your ticketed showtime is the exact time the performance begins. Late arrivals may miss parts of the show.
Are children under 2 free?
Yes. Children under the age of 2 may attend free of charge but will not have a dedicated seat.
